MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRIC LAMINATE

PURPOSE:To eliminate mixing of bubbles and improve thickness accuracy, by a method wherein an impregnating resin solution consisting mainly of a specific side chain double bond type resin and crosslinking vinyl monomer is used and at least the surface of a roller of squeeze rollers is made of rubber. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition consisting mainly of side chain double bond type resin and a crosslinking vinyl monomer is used as an impregnating resin solution and squeeze rollers are constituted of at least the roller whose surface is of rubber material and that made of a metal by combining them. A main chain of the side chain double bond type resin is of a backbone polymer containing a vinyl monomer unit having a functional group and a side chain is of a branch possessing carbon-carbon double bond which is comprised by being constituted through the functional base of the main chain and capable of making radical reaction. The whole of a main body may be good even if it is made of rubber or a matter whose surface is wound up with rubber, in a squeeze rubber rollers. Since the modulus of elasticity of the rubber is low as compared with that of a metal, adhesion area to an impregnating base material becomes wide, restoration after compression is delayed and mixing of air from the outside becomes little.
