PURPOSE:To maintain good adhesive strength by forming a part worked with fine ruggedness to a region excluding a recording region on the surface of a substrate or protective substrate and using an adhesive agent of a hot melt type having weak adhesiveness to an adhesive agent layer. CONSTITUTION:The part 6 worked with the ruggedness of arbitrary shapes such as stripes is formed to the region 9 exclusive of the recording region 8 on the surface of the substrate 1. The use of the adhesive agent of the hot melt type which does not damage the recording layer 2 for adhesion of the substrate 1 and the protective substrate 4 is thereby enabled. While the provision of the part worked with the ruggedness on the protective substrate 4 is possible as well, the adhesiveness between the substrate 4 and the adhesive agent layer 5 is increased by activating the surface of the substrate 4 by a UV ozone treatment, by which the adhesive strength is increased and the exfoliation at the boundary face is substantially prevented. The good adhesive strength is, therefore, obtd. without disturbing the recording medium. |
