<p>PURPOSE:To discharge resin between base materials as much as possible, by a method wherein heating and pressurization of the impregnated base material is performed by passing the impregnated base material through a pair of rolls arranged within a heating tunnel oven by making use of side chain double bond type resin as radical curing type resin. CONSTITUTION:Side chain double bond type resin is used as radical curing type resin and, for example, a styrene monomer is used as a crosslinking vinyl monomer. A plurality of sheets of paper base materials are pretreated by passing through a device 2 performing dehumidification and pretreatment with methylol melamine resin, an impregnating resin is infiltrated into the same by an impregnating device 3, a resin-impregnated base material 6 is piled up by rolls 7, excessive resin is squeezed out and entered into a heating tunnel oven 9. A plurality of pairs of heating rolls are arranged in a row within the oven and the impregnated base material 6 goes out of the oven by moving forward between the rolls while receiving repetition of pressurization and pressure release. A paper thickness reducing rate (pressure drop rate) not exceeding 1% is preferable as a degree of pressurization of pairs of rolls each.</p> |
