The equipment improves the stability of ladders, steps, etc. It has a flat oblong bottom plate with a high-profile non-slip layer on the underside. On the top are two profiled members of shape and size such as to accommodate the ladder feet. One of the components is height-adjustable (11) to compensate for non-horizontal ground and the other (8) horizontally (7), so as to clamp the bottom end of the ladder.
