PURPOSE:To easily obtain basic data, which are needed for the set of a menu, by estimating and calculating a time from the reception of an order until the completion of cooking or a meal time. CONSTITUTION:When a new order data are inputted through an input device to an order control device, an order number to be peculiar for the data is outputted and a present time is read from a timer circuit. Then, the new order data and present time data are respectively stored to the order data area and order receiving time area of the said order in a customer file. The order data are outputted for an output device with being attached the order number. A receipt is issued based on these order data, and either the meal time from an order completing time to the present time or a cooking time from an order receiving time to the order completing time, at least, is calculated and outputted as control data. |
