PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture by forming a notch on the base portion of a glass run and cab side side wall thereof, forming an excision on a side wall thereof on the outside of a car, installing the glass run in a corner piece form block, and pouring molding material therein to perform postforming in the above glass run for a movable window glass of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A notch 6 right-angled in the longitudinal direction is formed on the base portion 11 of a corner piece forming portion of an extruded glass run 1, a cabin side side wall 12b, a main lip 13b and a seal lip 14b. An excision portion 7 of a designated width is formed on a side wall 12a on the outside of a car in such a manner that the notch 6 is positioned in the center. Secondly, the glass run is bent so that the outside main lip 13a and the seal lip 14a form a circular arc of an outside plate of a door and installed in a form block. Subsequently, postforming material is poured to form a designated corner piece 9. By this arrangement, positioning can be simplified, lubrication process for the lip can be previously done and manufacture can be facilitated. |
