<p>PURPOSE:To prevent misreading even when a dynamic read only memory (DROM) is operated under whatever environment by changing the timing of reading data. CONSTITUTION:A device to recognize the environment in which the DROM is placed is prepared and arranged, and at the time of a DROM reading operation, an environment recognizing device 11 is operated and the environment of the DROM part is recognized. A control part 14 obtains a voltage change to the time of a data recognizing part from the environmental condition by the leak current of a transistor, etc., and determining the date reading timing. Further, the control circuit 14 sends a latch pulse 15 to a flop flop (F.F) 13 in the determined timing and reads the data. Thus, the misreading can be prevented.</p> |
