PURPOSE:To prepare a sea tangle pot with a protective container capable of repeated use without scorch of the sea tangle and leak of a content liquid by covering a heating part of the sea tangle pot of the sea tangle formed into a pot with the heat-resistant protective container. CONSTITUTION:Dried sea tangle is dipped in water or an aqueous solution containing vinegar to contain water in an amount of 15-50% based on the weight of the sea tangle. The resultant sea tangle is then formed into a pot. A heating part which is the bottom on the outer periphery of the formed sea tangle is then coated with a natural adhesive, such as actomyosin, egg white or corn starch, and placed in a separately prepared heat-resistant protective container. The surface of the sea tangle coated with the adhesive is subsequently pressurized to the inner peripheral part of the heat-resistant protective container and simultaneously dried while being heated. |
