PURPOSE:To ensure lubrication to a slide portion by providing an oil groove in a shaft connected to a piston carrier and an oil guide groove in a cylinder to supply and guide lubricating oil to the top surface of a piston piece. CONSTITUTION:Lubricating oil in a reservoir 21 is sucked up into an intake hole 22 as a shaft 5 is rotated so that slide portions of bearings 2a and piston 5 are lubricated. A portion of lubricating oil is pushed up to an oil guide hole 25 through an oil groove 23 and recess 2b. Namely the lubricating oil is guided to an oil guide groove 27 through an oil groove 24 and supplied from an opening end of an oil guide path 25 to a cylinder chamber 8a so that the slide portions are sufficiently lubricated.
