PURPOSE:To extract coffee from the beans of a desired roasting degree by attaching a raw bean roasting means to a coffee bean milling part driven by a motor by providing both the functions of a coffee maker with mill and a coffee bean roaster. CONSTITUTION:Raw beans are charged to a roasting chamber 7 by the required quantity thereof, a container cover 6 is close to close a roasting and grinding chamber 7 and a heater is turned on by a time set. A stirring and cutter blade 3 is rotated at low speed to constantly stir the beans so as to uniformly roast them. During the roasting, the chaff of the beans generated due to the causes such as the abrasion at the time of stirring and the expansion of the beans is discharged to a lower detachably mounted chaff case 9 from a chaff removing hole 8. Smoke or smell generated from the beans in which the roasting is being completed is reburnt by oxidizing catalyst 5 and substantially lost. When a roasting process previously set to a desired roasting degree by a timer is completed, a roasting heater 4 is temporarily turned OFF, a variable speed motor 2 is rotated at high speed to shift to a coffee bean milling process. |
