PURPOSE:To prepare a bean curd having a clear figure contained therein without blurring in the boundary by closely fitting the second bean curd having a color different from that of the first bean curd and the same shape as that of a through-hole forming the contour of a desired figure thereof through the through- hole of the first bean curd having the above-mentioned through-hole. CONSTITUTION:Two kinds of bean curds having different colors are respectively dipped in water and cylindrical cutters of the same shape forming a contour of a desired figure are passed through the respective bean curds. Parts in the cutter separated by the respective cutters are then taken out and the part in the cutter of the first bean curd is closely fitted into the through-hole of the second bean curd and the part in the cutter of the second bean curd is closely fitted into the through-hole of the first bean curd. |
