<p>PURPOSE:A remedy for cancer and cancer resistant to carcinostatic agents containing maprotiline and vincristine, vinblastine or adriamycin and/or an anticancer antibiotic substance or anticancer alkaloid substance. CONSTITUTION:A remedy for cancer containing 9-(gamma-methylaminopropyl)-9,10-dihydro-9,10-ethanoanthracene (general name: maprotiline) and vincristine, vinblastine or adriamycin and/or an anticancer antiboitic substance exhibiting the cross-tolerance thereto, e.g. mitomycin A, B or C or chromomycin, and/or anticancer alkaloid substance, e.g. vindesine, maytansine or demecolcine. The crystals thereof are dissolved in a soluble solvent, e.g. distilled water for injection or physiological saline solution, or a carcinostatic agent is incorporated with an agent for injection and administered for use.</p> |
