PURPOSE:To provide the photosensitive body which maintains high sensitivity and is not deteriorated in the electrostatic charge characteristic even after repetitive use by incorporating amine into the intermediate layer of the electrophotographic sensitive body formed by providing the intermediate layer and photosensitive layer successively on a conductive substrate. CONSTITUTION:The amine is incorporated into the intermediate layer 2 of the electrophotographic sensitive body formed by providing the intermediate layer 2 and the photosensitive 3 successively on the conductive substrate. The amine to be incorporated into the intermediate layer 2 includes aliphat. primary amine such as butyl amine and the resins commonly used for this kind of the intermediate layer are preferably used in combination therewith in order to improve the film formability. The deterioration in the electrostatic charge characteristic is thereby obviated even after the repetitive use and, therefore, the sharp copied image which is free from the degradation in the image density and scumming is obtd. |
