PURPOSE:To obtain an insole of an excellent moisture absorption property by applying a pressure to an insole material made of a sheet-form felt with a heated metal mold, to form an uneven surface, and cooling it to adjust the shape of the formation at a specific temperature with a cooling pattern. CONSTITUTION:By holding an insole material made by laminating thick cloths 7' between an upper pattern 8 with numerous recess holes 8' at the lower side heated up to 100 deg.C, and a lower pattern 9 with a plain upper side, and a pressure is applied to adjust the formation. The shape of the formation 10 is adjusted by cooling at a specific temperature with a cooling pattern 11, to compose an insole 12. Furthermore, the insole 12 is superposed on a main bottom 16 made by attaching a outer cover of vinyl, a cloth, or the like to a sponge core 14, an instep member 5 is superposed on the front half of the insole 12, and the brims of the insole 12, the main bottom 16, and the instep member 5 is sewn with a thread 17, to obtain a finished product. Since the insole material made of a sheet-form felt is used, an excellent moisture absorption is obtained, and its uneven surface acts to the spots of the sole of the foot giving a good effect for health. |
