PURPOSE:To improve a bias characteristic and a withstand voltage characteristic, by adding TiO2 into the basic component of SrTiO3. CONSTITUTION:The main component in this composition is 82.6<SrTiO3<99.75 mol% SrTiO3. The composition is formed with the following additional materials: 0.001<TiO2<8.0mol% TiO2; 0.25<Nb2O5<1.4mol% Nb2O5; 0.001< SiO2<4.0mol% SiO2; and 0.001<MnO<2.0mol% MnO. The raw material powders are blended and molded. Baking is performed in neutral and reducing atmosphere such as H2 and N2 atomsphere. Thereafter, heat treatment is performed in an oxidizing atmosphere such as in air. Thus, a semiconductor ceramic capacitor characterized by the excellent bias characteristic and the withstand voltage characteristic can be obtained. |
