<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate connection of corrugated pipes by laying over the ends of corrugated pipes caps which have cylindrical parts, flange parts, partitioning pieces, holes and cylindrical connecting bodies, and forming foam type synthetic resin layers thereon. CONSTITUTION:This is a connecting structure of corrugated pipes having a recessed groove of spiral shape. The connecting structure is mounted with a cylindrical part 12 which covers edges of 2 corrugated pipes P1, P2, a flange part 13 which abuts end circumferences of the corrugated pipes P1, P2, and caps 2, 3 consisting of a partitioning piece 14 which protrudes from an internal wall of the cylindrical part 12 and partitions recessed grooves 8, 9. Further, a cylindrical connector 6 extending from the cap 2 on one side, and a cylindrical connector 7 which engages with this connector 6 retaining liquid-tightness are mounted. Then, foam type synthetic resin is injected through a hole 15 provided in the caps 2, 3, resulting in the formation of foam layers, 4, 5 and completion of the connecting structure. As a result, the rigid connection and high seal effect are secured.</p> |
