PURPOSE:To perform the preventive maintenance by demarcating and reporting the abnormality which necessitates an emergency countermeasure in a processor, and the abnormality which necessitates a preventive maintenance countermeasure. CONSTITUTION:Whenever abnormality is generated in a processor 2, a preventive maintenance processor 1 files abnormality information as abnormality statistic information in a file 4, and also, demarcates abnormality which necessitates an emergency countermeasure and abnormality which necessitates a preventive maintenance, whose generation frequency has exceeded a threshold set in advance. Subsequently, the abnormality for requesting an emergency countermeasure and the abnormality for requesting a preventive maintenance are displayed by an abnormality code display, an external contact operation, lighting of a display lamp, etc. In such a way, by these displays, an operator can recognize whether the abnormality which is reported is the abnormality which necessitates an emergency countermeasure or the abnormality which necessitates a preventive maintenance, and also, the preventive maintenance of the processor can be performed in an early stage without waiting for a periodic inspection. |
