In order to fix a printed circuit chassis into a television cabinet without the sockets of this chassis (2 to 5) displacing relative to the holes of the rear cover (6) and without this chassis being damaged in the course of shocks or falls of the television set, this chassis is disposed in a U-shaped stirrup (8) the branches of which snap fit (12B) into the cover, and which comprises L-shaped legs (19, 20) simply inserted into holes of the cabinet, thus establishing a hinged connection between the chassis and the cabinet.
