PURPOSE:To manufacture an insert die and a mold holder at low cost by inserting a positioning pin disposed with free movement freely on a mold holder into a positioning hole formed on the insert die when the positioning of the insert die is determined to the mold holder. CONSTITUTION:When an insert die (a) on the fixed side is mounted on a holder A on the fixed side, the insert block mold (a) is inserted into an insert block inserting recess 28 from the direction crossing square to the mold opening and closing direction while being guided by a collar section 31a along a guide channel 23a of the insert block inserting recess 28. When clamp levers 37, on the left and right, are pivoted after the insert die (a) on the fixed side is brought into contact with a wall surface facing to the insert block inserting recess 28, a positioning pin 35 is projected from a template 24 on the fixed side as a rack section 35a of the positioning pin 35 is meshed with a pinion gear 37b of the clamp levers 37. The positioning pin 35 is inserted into a positioning hole 31b of an insert die mounting plate 31 to determine the position of the insert die (a) on the fixed side on the holder A on the fixed side. Also, when an insert die (b) on the movable side is mounted on a holder B on the movable side, similarly the positioning pin 35 is inserted into the positioning hole 34b of the insert die mounting plate 34 to determine the position of the insert die (b) on the movable side into the holder B on the movable side. |
