There are disclosed compounds of the formula <IMAGE> where X,Y are each independently hydrogen, loweralkyl, loweralkoxy, hydroxy, halogen, trifluoromethyl or nitro; R1 is hydrogen or loweralkyl; R2' is hydrogen or loweralkyl and R4 is hydrogen, loweralkyl or aryl, which are useful as hypotensive agents and as intermediates.
