<p>PURPOSE:To collect a cable automatically by arranging such that the cable is released from an overhead line and wound around a collection bobbin as a cable guide rotates and a collecting machine is driven forward in the collecting direction by corresponding distance with the cable being stretched. CONSTITUTION:The end section of a cable 5 to be collected is secured to the winding drum 7 of a collection bobbin 6 through a rotary guide 16. When a rotary drive source is driven to rotate the rotary guide 16 in the direction for releasing the cable 5 from an overhead line 4 under this state, the cable 5 is released and wound around the winding drum 7 of the collection bobbin 6. A cable collecting machine 1 advances by a distance corresponding to the winding length of the cable 5 with the cable 5 being stretched.</p> |
