PURPOSE:To execute an input quickly by a simple operation in case when new or updating registration is executed frequently, by storing the address information in relation to a telephone number and a zip code, so that the greater part of address registration can be inputted by a numeral only. CONSTITUTION:In an address information memory 2, address information is stored in advance in relation to a telephone number and an address, and a zip code and the address. When a telephone number and a zip code are inputted from a ten-key 1, an information processing circuit 3 retrieves an address corresponding to the input number, from the address information memory 2, and displays it on a display 4. In case when plural corresponding addresses are detected, all of them are displayed, so that an operator can select one from among them. In case when said retrieval is impossible, the address concerned is inputted as new information, from a keyboard 1, and the address information memory 2 is updated. |
