PURPOSE: To prevent cracking at the lamination place between both of a solid raw material base body and a film body even when a sliding body is silicified, by producing the fundamental body from the ceramic raw material of the film body. CONSTITUTION: A raw material film is formed by the casting molding of a slip and this slip consists of an org. component, a dispersant and a ceramic powder. An annular body 1 is punched from a card-shaped body obtained by cutting the predried raw material film. Subsequently, annular segments 2 are obtained in this punched shape by re-punching. Next, the punched films are combined to form a sliding body and the individual layers are laminated by pressing. A solid raw material fundamental body 3 is formed by using the film residue generated from the raw material film. Both of the film body and the solid fundamental body are formed from the same raw material to show the same contraction as a result. |
