<p>PURPOSE:To quickly detect dewing and to prevent a magnetic tape from adhering to a rotary drum by detecting a fact that a motor driving current value of a rotary drum driving motor for driving the rotary drum exceeds a prescribed value at the time of dewing and detecting the dewing. CONSTITUTION:A motor driving circuit 4 which has been set to an operating state by a microcomputer 9 rotates a rotary drum driving motor 13 by outputting a motor driving current to the rotary drum driving motor 13, and rotates a rotary drum 1a so that it becomes a prescribed speed. Subsequently, when the quantity of the motor driving current outputted from the motor driving circuit 4 exceeds a prescribed level, a motor driving current level deciding circuit 12 outputs a dewing detecting signal, and detaches a magnetic tape from the rotary drum 1a. In such a way, a dewing state is detected, and it can be prevented that the magnetic tape adheres to the rotary drum 1a.</p> |
