<p>PURPOSE:To directly control equipment under the control of an equipment control device controlled by a central control unit and to improve man machine communication by providing an operating means and a supervising means at the equipment control unit. CONSTITUTION:A manual operating means and an information displaying means are included in the command and report route of plural site equipment control units 2 and a central control room 1 for the site equipment control units 2. An operation monitoring means 12 is inserted. Consequently, the operation can be executed for respective equipment control units 2 independently to the central control room 1 while site equipment 4 is witnessed and detection information can be read. Thus, the man machine communication is excellent. By using a communication means together, the operation and monitoring can be executed while it is cooperated with the central control room 1 and further, the operation and monitoring can be executed while it is cooperated between the equipment control units 2.</p> |
