PURPOSE:To read data stored into a memory only when the address inputted and the data for certification are coincident by controlling so as to make the memory into an action condition in response to a coincident signal outputted from a comparing means. CONSTITUTION:A storing means DM1 stores the data for certification to make a memory MC into an action condition beforehand. Next, a comparing means COMI compares the data outputted from the storing means DMI and the address inputted and when the data and the address are coincident, a coincident signal is outputted. A control means LA1 controls so as to respond to the coincident signal outputted from the comparing means COM1 and make the memory MC into the action condition. Thus, only when the data for certification and the address inputted are coincident, the data stored in the memory can be read. |
