PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition having excellent moldability and flowability and capable of providing moldings having excellent impact resistance, weather resistance, friction characteristics and surface appearance by blending a composite rubber having mutually combined structure with a vinyl based polymer. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition obtained by blending (A) a composite rubber obtained by impregnating (ii) methyl acrylate, etc., into (i) a rubber latex of polyorganosiloxane obtained by subjecting the hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane, etc., to emulsion polymerization and then subjecting the component i to radical polymerization with the component ii and having 0.08-0.6mum average particle size with (B) a vinyl based polymer obtained by polymerizing either one of an aromatic alkenyl compound (e.g., styrene), vinyl cyanide (e.g., acrylonitrile) and (meth)acrylic acid ester, preferably at an amount of the component B of 5-85wt.% based on the total resin composition and kneading the blend, e. g., with a roll mill, etc. |
