摘要

The basic principles of this preparation is closed to that, impermeable beta 1,3-D glucan is being etherified partially with the use of an sulfolalkylation agent, while a mixture of alkaline and organic solvent is present and the molar ratio related to polysaccharide : alkaline sulfolalkylation agent is closed to the values of 1 : 1 up to 3 : 0,4 up to 1, at the temperature of 40 up to 70 Celsius degrees in the duration of 1 up to 3 hours. Sodium hydroxide can be used as the above mentioned alkaline or ammonia the above mentioned sulfoalkylation agent can be represented by sodium beta-chloroethylensulfonate, sodium vinylsulfonate or propansultone. Isopropylalcohol, acetone, benzene or dioxane can be applied as an organic solvent. This invention can be utilised in a veterinary and human medicine, playing a role of the stimulator closed to non specific immunity mechanism of organisms.
