PURPOSE:To obtain the subject egg in a short time by breaking and placing a raw egg in a container having a floating plate, closing a lid, placing hot water in a hot water vessel of size sufficient to house the above-mentioned container, floating the container on the hot water and heating the container in a microwave oven. CONSTITUTION:The insides of a container 1 having a floating plate 6 and a lid 7 are thinly coated with an edible oil 10 and the shell of an egg is broken to place egg white and egg yolk in the container 1 to close the above-mentioned lid 7. Hot water 3 is subsequently placed in a hot water vessel 2 of size sufficient to house the container 1 containing the egg with a margin and float the above-mentioned container 1 on the hot water 3. Furthermore, the container in the floated state is heated in a microwave oven to afford the aimed deformed boiled egg. |
