PURPOSE:To make orthogonal turning so easy by attaching each rotary bearing member rotatable around a vertical shaft, provided with each supporting wheel, to four corners on the bottom of a self-propelled truck, while installing four rotary rails rotatable around the vertical shaft, in an orthogonal turning part of a travel route. CONSTITUTION:Each of rotary bearing members 3a-3d rotatable around a vertical shaft 2 is installed in four corners on the bottom of a conveying self- propellered truck 1, and supporting wheels 5 rolling on a symmetrical pair of guide rails 4a, 4b and positioning guide rollers 6 holding these guide rails 4a, 4b in between from both sides at in front and in the rear of the supporting wheels 5 are pivotally supported on these bearing members 3a-3d. In addition, on the bottom of the truck 1, there are provided with linear motor bodies 7a, 7b, 8a, 8b in an additional manner. On the other hand, in an orthogonal turning part between traveling routes A and B, there are provided with four rotary rails 10a-10d rotatable around a vertical shaft 9, and these rotary rails 10a-10d are made free of connection to the routes A, B selectively by a rotational driving means 11. |
