<p>PURPOSE:To effectively remove various failures accompanied with the breakage, etc., of a destaticizing needle, etc., and to always stably obtain an excellent image by providing a magnet near a carrier path for a transfer material or near an object to be destaticized. CONSTITUTION:The magnets M1 and M2 are respectively provided near the carrying guides 15 and 16 which lead to a resist roller 20. When the destaticizing needles of brush destaticizing devices N1-N4 are broken in some cause or when they drop from holders, the broken or dropped destaticizing needles stick to a transfer material S and move on the carrier path with the material S. Then, they are surely collected by being attracted to either of the magnets M1 and M2 provided near the carrying guides 15 and 16. Thus, the fault of transfer and that of electrostatic charging can be prevented from occurring and the excellent image can be always stably obtained.</p> |
