PURPOSE:To achieve an efficient lining on the inner surface of a cylindrical article such as piping material by performing an injection of a perfluorocarbon resin with a high melt viscosity to be used for transfer molding or the like on a specified condition and the withdrawal of a core. CONSTITUTION:Cores 12, 12' and 13 are inserted into a hollow section of a cylindrical article such as valve and injects a perfluorocarbon resin with the melt viscosity of 1-7X10<5> point at 372 deg.C into a cavity 14 set at the temperature 30- 60 deg.C lower than the melting point thereof at 370-430 deg.C. When the temperature of the resin falls down by 100-170 deg.C below the melting point thereof, the cores are withdrawn. This makes it hard to crack.
