PURPOSE:To enable the purchased articles packed in a portable synthetic resin bag not to be leaked by providing operationably an elongation bag cloth, delivery roll, first welding blade, second welding blade and an integrally constituted lateral blade and longitudinal blade to the lower side of a counter plate for mounting a shopping basket. CONSTITUTION:An elongation bag cloth B is forwarded, the first welding blade 3 and the second welding blade 4 operationally advance and weld the elongation bag cloth B, wherein a welded part (d) is formed once in alignment at the initiation side end part of the elongation bag cloth B by the first welding blade 3, at the same time, the welding part c-2 for portable part of said bag body is formed by the second welding blade 4, thereafter, the first welding blade 3 and the second welding blade 4 automatically withdraws to their respective original positions. As the second process, the elongation bag cloth B is delivered automatically and unnecessary welding part (d) is cut off, simultaneously, a getting in and out space c-3 and a lid member c-4 are formed, and a portable part c-2 is also formed. As the third process, a welding part c-1 is formed in alignment, at the same time, a welding part c-2 is also formed. As the fourth process, after cutting off the elongation bag cloth B, the blades come back to each original position. |
