PURPOSE:To prevent breakdown of earthquake resisting walls, by providing reinforcing concrete parts, made of a mixture made by mixing composite polymer emulsion with principal agent or concrete, in at least one part of columns and girders surrounding the earthquake resisting walls. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing concrete part E is provided in at least one part of columns 10 and girders 11 surrounding an earthquake resisting wall 12. The reinforcing concrete part E is made by mixing a composite polymer emulsion, made of acrylic ester copolymer as its principal component, with principal agent made of silicon oxide, calcium oxide and iron oxide as its principal components or concrete made of sands and gravels as its principal components. To the inside of the reinforcing concrete part E, reinforcing bars and reinforcing steel are further arranged. With these arrangements, the columns 10 and the girders 11 are given flexibility and their boding capability is improved thereby. Bending-proof stress and tensile-proof stress are also improved, preventing cracks from occurring on the earthquake resisting walls 12 with improved following capability to displacement of buildings on an occasion of an earthquake or the like. |
