PURPOSE:To manufacture a bag such as a shopping bag excellent in fashion character and with a large housing ability by causing a gusset cloth to intervene at the time of executing a successive deposition in mutually overlapping respective edge peripheries of a pair of cut sheets. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower cloths 4 and 5 and gusset cloths 19 and 19 are set to set rolls 2, 3, 17 and 17, respectively, and at the time of inputting the dimension of the bag from the console of a control device 32, a feed roll 11 is driven by the control device 32, and the cloths are guided through guiding members 16, 16, 16 and 16 to ultrasonic depositing devices 6, 6, 7 and 7 at respective prescribed feed speeds. Then, respective peripheries are successively deposited by an ultrasonic oscillation along both edge peripheries of respective gusset cloths 10 through a joining tape 8. Thus, since the gusset cloths 19 are made to intervene between the edge peripheries of the upper and lower cloths 4 and 5 to the edge of the bag, the housing ability of the bag is made large. By selecting the material, color, etc., of each member, a product abundant in a variety can be manufactured. |
