The present invention relates to a process aimed at separating a fresh multicellular or unicellular plant or animal material into its dry and liquid constituents. The technique consists in subliming a low-temperature disintegrated material under the effects of ultrahigh frequencies or of microwaves and of vacuum. The powder, the liquid, the reconstitution of the two having, all three separately or jointly, advantages and applications in pharmacy, veterinary medicine, chemistry, dietetics, food or cosmetics. |
