The present invention relates to an implement making it possible to remove with great ease and very quickly the glass surfaces constituting, for example, shop windows. It has been designed with a view to being used for the removal of shop windows of the TECHNAL type, but it can be used where appropriate in other cases. The proposed implement makes it possible to release the glass surface without unscrewing the clips, and by removing a single ledge and a single joint. It can be easily carried since it takes up little space and is lightweight. It consists of a curved part 1 ending in a thinner, bevelled part 2 and comprising a groove 3, and of a handle 4 on which the positioning of the fingers is indicated by cuttings 5. <IMAGE>
