PURPOSE:To perform casting which is conducted at a high speed and is stabilized with times and widthwise, by a method wherein after a water film is applied onto a casting drum with a roll comprised by piling up a large number of sheets of nonwoven fabric, a molten polymer is extruded on the water film. CONSTITUTION:A cave part 3 is opened into a shaft body 1 and a large number of through holes 4 communicating with the cave part 3 are opened into the circumferential surface of the cave part 3. One side of a shaft body 1 is made an opening 5, the opening 5 is communicated with the cave part 3 and also a through hole 6 opened into one side bearing part 2 in an axial direction of the same. The opening 5 is communicated with a blow-off or suction device of a pump or a cylinder through the through hole 6 of the one side bearing part 2 and a hose. A large number of sheets of nonwoven fabric 8 are piled up on a side sheet 7 in order in a pressure-contact state, for example, through press molding, then a side sheet 9 is fixed to the other end side and a roll body is constituted of those both the side sheets 7, 9 and the large number of sheets of the nonwoven fabric. After passing through a suction roll 12 and water application roll 13, a molten body 15 is cast onto a casting drum 10. |
