PURPOSE:To classify color temperature without setting a dedicated color temperature measuring device by classifying the color information of a light source which illuminates a field based on a brightness information of the field from a metering means. CONSTITUTION:The brightness of the field is metered by the photodetector 1 of the metering means 4, and logarithmically compressed by a metering circuit 2. Lens stop information when measuring is performed is obtained from a lens information means 5, and at the same time, brightness value is calculated by means of a brightness calculating means 3. An obtained brightness output BVo is inputted not only to a recording means 10, but also to a color information classifying means 7 and a printing grade informing and calculating means 8 which are in a print correction informing and calculating means 9. The color information classifying means 7 receives the information whether the brightness BVo and a flash emitting means 6 are used or not, calculates color temperature CTx (unit K) for correction when printing is performed from a prescribed algorithm, and records the color temperature in a recording means 10. |
