<p>PURPOSE: To make assembling easier by tightly mounting and supporting a retention mechanism on a stator of a dynamoelectric motor, and mounting a motor cover and a protector for preventing overheating of the motor to the retention mechanism by means of the engagement between a protrusion and an opening. CONSTITUTION: In assembling, retention plates 64, 66 are fixed to an upper end face 42 of a core structure 40 by using a bolt B, and subsequently ear portions 68 (protrusions) passes an opening 73 by lowering and positioning a connector board 70 to be above the retention plate 64. Each of ear portions 68 is twisted to have a shoulder. Then, when a motor cover 46 is lowered in a state that its engagement protrusion 48 is aligned with arched slots 67 of the retention plates 64, 66, a shoulder 60 is inserted through the slot 67 by deflecting a leg 59, and the shoulder 60 is engaged with the bottoms of the retention plates 64, 66. When the assembling is carried out, a protector for preventing overheating is arranged in an annular clearance 45 between a cover sidewall 48 and an end winding portion 41 and located below the upper end of the end winding portion 41.</p> |
