PURPOSE:To prevent the effect of a heat lens action and to work a work with high accuracy by providing the reflection light preventing mirror fitting the transmission body which becomes an angle of polarization for an optical path to the reflection mirror surface on the optical transfer passage reaching to a phase leader from a laser oscillator. CONSTITUTION:The linear polarized laser beam outgone in A direction from a laser oscillator 10 is made incident at an angle theta of polarization on the transmission body of a reflection preventing mirror 11a. An S wave is reflected from the transmission body surface and on the other hand a P wave is refracted on the transmission body surface and subjected to a total reflection by the surface of the reflection beam preventing mirror 11a, proceeding in C direction after refraction by the surface of the transmission body and refracted and reflected similar to the case of said reflection beam preventing mirror 11a by a reflection beam preventing mirror 11b. The P wave is thus made incident on a phase leader 14 in the linear polarized state, proceeding in D direction by attaining to a circular polarized beam, converged by a condensing lens 15, projected on a work 16, one part is reflected in E direction and faced to the laser oscillator 10. It is then reflected by the reflection beam preventing mirrors 11b, 11a and absorbed to power bumpers 18, 17. |
