PURPOSE:To enable a high speed cutting and to prevent the generation of a burn through by performing the cutting of the step difference part by a pulse oscillation and that of the part excepting the step difference part by a continuous oscillation. CONSTITUTION:The cutting of the step difference part between AB and CD of the cutting of an outer peripheral notch part 3 is performed by a pulse oscillation. The burn-through of the step difference part can be eliminated by cutting with the pulse oscillation. The space among BED excepting the step difference part is cut by continuous oscillation. The increase in working time can thus be prevented. |
