<p>PURPOSE:To perform a proper trouble diagnosis by installing a means which retrieves first trouble information on the basis of trouble symptoms inputted, inferring a trouble cause, and retrieves second trouble information on a part equivalent to this inferred trouble cause, inferring the part, then retrieves third trouble information, inferring parts with no trouble symptom. CONSTITUTION:First trouble information stored in a first memory means 2 is retrieved on the basis of trouble symptoms inputted by an inputting means 1, inferring a trouble cause by a first inferring means 3. Next, in regard to parts equivalent to the trouble cause inferred by the first inferring means 3, second trouble information of a second memory means 2 is retrieved on the basis of the trouble symptoms inputted, inferring the parts equivalent to the trouble cause by a second inferring means 3. In addition, third trouble informa tion of a third memory means 2, inferring such a part that causes no trouble symptom by a third inferring means 3. Inferred results inferred by these inferring means 3 are informed to a user by an informing means 5.</p> |
