METHOD OF BLOW-MOULDING A BIAXIALLY ORIENTED POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE RESIN BOTTLE-SHAPED CONTAINER

Biaxially-oriented PET resin bottle-shaped container is blow-moulded by (a) heating a preform at 100-120 deg.C; (b) biaxial-orientation blow moulding the preform in a prim. blowing mould heated at 110-230 deg.C to form a prim. intermediate moulded bottle-shaped piece; (c) heating the prim. intermediate moulded bottle-shaped piece at 130-255 deg.C to form a sec. intermediate moulded bottle-shaped piece; and (d) biaxial-orientation blow-moulding the sec. intermediate moulded bottle-shaped piece in a sec. blowing mould heated at 100-150 deg.C to form a bottle-shaped container.
