<p>PURPOSE:To band-compress a wideband video signal and to transmit the video signal even with an existing transmission line by selecting a sampling frequency fc and further selecting the sampling frequency fc so that the sampling frequency fc can be the double of the transmission maximum frequency of the existing transmission line or lower from to the viewpoint of the compatibility between the title system and a present system. CONSTITUTION:A delay resampling signal fetched from an 1H delay circuit 9 is supplied to a digital high-pass filter 10, a high-pass filter characteristic is given to the signal here, and a high band component is fetched. A switching circuit 13 alternately switch-outputs a first synthesized signal inputted to a terminal 13a and the output resampling signal of an AD converter 8 inputted to a terminal 13b by a switching pulse having the frequency Fc (namely, 5MHz) for every cycle 1/(2fc), namely, 100ns, and outputs the switch-outputted signal to a DA converter 14. Namely, the signal supplied to the DA converter 14 is a synthesized signal in which the first synthesized signal and the resampling signal are alternately synthesized according to time series for every 100ns, and the apparent sampling frequency of the second synthesized signal is made into 2fc (namely, 10MHz).</p> |
