A process for mixing or kneading powdery foods with other ingredients contg. water, such as milk, eggs, butter, vegetables, meat or fish pastes, taro etc., comprises freeze-drying the water- contg. ingredients, pulverising and then mixing or kneading homogeneously with the powdery food. The figure shows the prodn. of a homogeneous dough (Fig.2) and the larger time required for prodn. of a similar dough by conventional methods (Fig.1). |
