发明名称 PIERCING METHOD INTO NEEDLE MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform the piercing in a limited bore diameter and depth on a needle material by erectly holding the end part of the needle material in a limited axial diameter and projecting the laser light having a small beam diameter in the needle material axial direction by dipping in a non-combustible liquid. CONSTITUTION:The end part of the needle material 9 having the axial diameter in <=0.1mm is erectly held by a fixing jig. The needle material 9 is erectly dipped in the non-combustible liquid 12, e.g., a water or the liquid similar to the water inside a container 11 and the non-combustible liquid 12 is circulated by a cooler 10. The laser light oscillated by the laser oscillator 2 controlled by a laser power source 1 is converged and projected on the end face of the needle material 9 fixed by its positioning. At this time, the cooling effect by the liquid 12 of the needle material 9 is large, also, the flow and temp. of the liquid 12 can easily be controlled, so the piercing in >=0.05mm bore diameter and >=0.3mm hole depth can be performed in the needle material axial direction.
