<p>PURPOSE:To securely obtain a close seal without defects at the edges of sealed part and pinholes, by rubbing double stacked film cylinders of a required length in the axial direction filled with contents to remove the contents and then by applying a ultrasonic sealing to the film cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical film 7B, having been made flat to fill contents and to be an edge at a rubbing face 7C, is transferred between rubbing arms 41, 42 and a ultrasonic horn 50 to press the cylindrical film 7B between the mutually contacted tips of the arms 41, 42 and the ultrasonic horn 50 to leave only the nearly cylindrical film 7B between the rubbing arms 41, 42 and the ultrasonic horn 50 by removing the contents within the cylindrical film 7B both upward and downward. An anvil 51 is transferred thereafter to contact it to the cylindrical film 7B for generation of ultrasonic waves and to heat-seal the cylindrical film 7B by the particle heat generated due to the mechanical vibration. The heat-sealed part with the ultrasonic waves is cut off by a cutter 6 to produce a pack as a product.</p> |
