Tilt-and-slide sunroof for a vehicle with a cutout in the fixed roof, with a frame and an opaque panel supported by the frame. From the closed position of the roof cutout this panel can, according to choice, be swivelled upwards into a ventilation position pointing to the rear and sloping upwards, or can be displaced rearwards under the fixed roof into an opened position. Furthermore, a headliner is arranged displaceably under the panel and is connected to the frame. This headliner contains a front and a rear part, of which one part is swivelled when the panel is swivelled, while the two parts are displaced at the same time as the panel is displaced. According to the invention, the front part of the headliner can be swivelled about a transverse axis situated in the vicinity of its front edge, and in the vicinity of its rear edge this front part is fastened in such a manner to the panel that in the ventilation position of the panel an opening is released between the front edge of the rear part of the headliner and the lower side of the front part of the headliner.
