Temperature-control systems for containers of various shapes are characterized in that they are employed for controlling the temperature of liquids, solutions and medicaments in the medical field. The temperature-control systems can also be employed in the industrial field. For reducing the risk for the patient and for saving medicaments of a diagnostic or therapeutic type, as well as for reducing the energy requirement of conventional temperature-control systems, e.g. water baths, heating cabinets and hot plates, the present invention offers significant advantages. In the industrial field the present invention permits processing of liquid materials, solutions, fuels and other liquid media which has hitherto not been possible at all or has been possible only depending on the ambient temperature. Temperature-control very frequently requires high technical and energy outlay. The highly insulated construction of the temperature-control systems also ensures reliable use in any environment. Another advantage of the present invention is the high degree of adaptability to any body or container to be heated. There are no technical limitations to special constructional types because the present invention can also be produced by a wide variety of casting, embossing and preshaping methods.
